Calling off a Sign in the Yard? What you need to know

You’re in the market to purchase and driving along your favorite road, see the perfect house you’ve been dreaming about, and there is a FOR SALE sign in the yard!!! YAY!! You’re so excited you call the number on the sign. The Seller’s Agent picks up and asks you a series of questions. Then you make an appointment with them to view the home and begin to ask some questions because now you’re ready to MAKE A DEAL!!

Make sure you are clear on this – This Real Estate agent is EMPLOYED by the SELLER and HAVE their interest only because there is a Listing Agreement in place. They work exclusively for the SELLER. If you as a BUYER, want to strike a FAIR deal, you MUST enlist the help of your own Real Estate agent as the BUYER’s Agent. You’re own agent will help you through the buying process. Commission is paid by the Seller and not the Buyer.

BE SMART. HIRE YOUR OWN AGENT TO REPRESENT YOU.
