I know the heartfelt answer to this and all of my past and current Client’s know the answer to this, but I thought, how do I explain the experience to a potential Client so they truly get the full scope? I’m fully engaged, managing every angle from advising you on home repairs and upgrades that will maximize what you will Net, I leverage my resources for home staging and depersonalizing, if needed, I hire and pay for professional photos, on the day of the photoshoot, I’m present to help move items from room to room if the photographer needs to take certain angles and objects need to be moved for the best shot possible, I’m savy and clever when it comes to advertising and marketing my listings, I personally handle all requests for showing appointments, I’m well versed in our contracts and know how to use them to our advantage, I negotiate from a position of power and being powerful does not mean, I have to be rude to get what I want (what my Client’s want). You will never feel like I have other Client’s. I only offer excellence. I am a strong communicator and this isn’t just something I’m saying. You will experience this.
